One-off packs, not a subscription. Prices include GST/VAT where it applies; in some places sales tax is added at checkout. What uses a credit?
Each set of photos you send for analysis uses one credit. Editing the list it drafts, adding items by tapping, and saving or printing the PDF don't use credits.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
What if a photo quote fails?
If Cube can't analyse the photos because of a fault on our side, the credit goes straight back to your account.
Which currency will I pay in?
We show prices in your local currency where we can. Our reseller (Paddle or Dodo Payments) confirms the final price, currency and any tax at checkout, and sends your receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 30 days of buying a pack, for any credits you haven't used. See the refund policy.
